Set in the picturesque woodland surroundings of Hartsdown Park within walking distant of Margate Main Sands and Rail links the Centre has recently undergone a1.6m facility improvement investment and now offers some of the best facilities around.
These includes a 25 metre pool together with teaching pool, sports hall which is available for 5-a-side football, badminton and table tennis together with a comprehensive fitness studio comprising of cardiovascular training with treadmills, steppers, rowers, bikes, and cross trainers and a wide range of the latest resistance equipment and an excellent choice of free weights. There is also 2 dance studio's catering for a range of group exercise classes and for the younger users Ollie's Indoor Play Centre.

In the heart of Ramsgate the sports centre was opened in July 2000 and offers some of the most up to date facilities within the area. Its extensive fitness studio offers the very latest in cardio and strength training together with a fully comprehensive exercise and class programme. The multi use sports hall can be used for a number of different activities.
Fit force express opened in May 2008 and has been especially designed to cater for our younger members with interactive sport wall and children friendly fitness equipment. The express studio also offers sessions for ladies only who want to exercise in a more private setting together with being available for hire to groups and school users.
