Quorn Commit to Get Fit run by the Fitness Industry Association has been encouraging people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits from exercise for 11 years.  During this time more than £1 million has been raised for charity and more than 500,000 people introduced to the wide ranging benefits of increased activity.
